I can confirm you have cancelled the upgrade and issued a refund for your original purchase amount.
You can expect to see the funds in your account in the next 10-14 business days (less if you are paying in $USD) and can see a receipt confirming this refund here: https://wordpress.com/me/billing
In this case it does not look like enough time has passed since your cancellation and refund on Jan 6 so you may need to wait a little bit longer to see these funds. If you do not see them by Friday Jan 26 (15 business days from cancellation) please let us know and we can take a closer look, thanks.
