    Our business no longer uses our website. We closed down in 2022. Our credit card was recently charged for $200. How do I get a refund? It just says I wont be charged in December 2023 if I cancel it on the website.

    It looks like y’all are asking about the Jetpack Back Up plan that was being used on newparistractor.com. Is that right? Are y’all using that site in any capacity? And have you already created back up files and saved those? Please confirm this is the upgrade in question. Thanks.
