REFUND

    I have processed for a refund and have yet to receive it for 2 weeks. How can I get this.

    Hi there, generally it depends on your card provider. We usually suggest allowing 10-15 working days for a refund to appear on your statement; though it’s somewhat up to the card provider whether it appears as “money in”, or whether the original charge simply drops off your statement.

    I do see that your refund was issued on the same day as the original charge. It can be worth checking with your card provider if they have it pending for you, or if they removed the charge from your statement.
