    I have not received my refund yet, plus there was a cancelation fee taken out of my bank account

    I have cancelled the Personal Plan on your account and issued a refund for your original purchase amount.

    You can expect to see the funds in your account in the next 7-10 business days, and can see a receipt confirming this refund here:  https://wordpress.com/me/billing

    We do not charge a cancellation fee on WordPress.com, so it sounds like that charge is not related to us. All charges and refunds are shown at the link above. For the cancellation charge I recommend contacting your bank directly to confirm where that charge came from.
