Hi! on 1/23 I canceled my domain and requested a refund for $96. I got the email confirming the refund, and it showed on my account that it was deposited. Yesterday I checked and it shows the $96 was taken out again.

I have a few questions:
- Will you be using the domain with another provider? If so, we’ll want to get that restored right away.
- Can you check the statement again and confirm whether you see three $96 transactions: a charge, a refund, and another charge? Is there any chance the second $96 transaction you saw was the refund?
- If it was definitely another charge, is there any chance you have another account here with us? I’d recommend looking up the charge details using the secure form at wpchrg.com. If you can’t find it there, let us know and we’ll reach out by email; the form is just more secure.

Hi, the charge of $96 is still there. It shows on my bank statement the money being refunded, and then later on the same day, it shows a charge of $96 taken out again. I do not have another account. I would like my money refunded please.
