Refund

    I bought multiple items on Jan 18, 2023, and canceled on the same day I bought them. I also emailed and someone sent me a reply that yes all were deleted. Some amounts were refunded and some ($22, $149.48) are still not refunded. Purchase history shows it.
    one of you intelligent agents told me I canceled the domain on 24 Jan after 96 hrs. window. I didn’t even know it was there before Jan 24th I thought I canceled. I bought a free(for a year) domain. One of the initial reply emails told me if you have records. If you care about customers. You only need a chance to eat money

    I can see that you upgraded on Jan 18, and that you canceled the plan and issued a refund shortly thereafter. This usually means the refund was issued before the original charge was settled with the bank, so the original charge will simply disappear from the your bank statement without a line-item refund being issued.

    Essentially there was not enough time for us to collect payment (before you canceled) so we have nothing on our end to refund. Your bank should be able to confirm this for you, so please check with them. I confirm we show the transaction as canceled and refunded on our end as you can see here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

    I also noted that $16.95 was not refunded as it should have, so I have manually refunded that amount, which is also shown on the page link above.
