  I just realized I never got my refund for my hosting plan that i requested, and got approved, over a year ago. I never used it.

  According to our records you did purchase the WordPress.com Personal in 2021 as you can see here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

  However I do not see that you canceled your upgrade within our refund period, and the upgrade expired the next year due to lack of renewal.

  We are happy to offer a full refund within the timeframe specified here but in this case it has been almost two years since the original purchase, and we are no longer able to refund at this point.
