    Hi there!

    It looks like you have disputed the payment. As a result, the subscriptions were canceled (They weren’t canceled earlier and your site was still active).

    When a payment is disputed, we can’t issue a refund since the payment gateway holds the payment while they investigate this. You may want to contact your payment service provider (PayPal) to find out more.
