  Hi As I did not ever go live with the site, and it is within 30 days of me registering the site, I would like to request a full refund please. Thanks

  Please note that our refund period is 14 days, not 30 days. You can see our refund policy here. A refund wasn’t issued when you canceled the plan because it was already outside the refund period.

  However, I’d like to understand what led you to cancel and help you build your site with us should you still need a site. Would you mind telling us why you canceled? Did you face any issues while creating your site on WordPress.com?

  If you still need a site, we’d love to learn more about your site needs. Please tell us what the site is for and what features, if anything specific like e-commerce, you need on your site. We’ll be happy to share specific guides/suggestions once we know more about your site requirements.
