Hi,
I’ve just bought personal hosting on the premise that I can use premium themes. I bought a theme that I can use but it is now telling me to upgrade to the business account and that is an additional £240 which I was not planning to pay as it wasn’t clear I’d not be able to use my own theme.
Can you please advise how I get a refund?

Before we get to that, would you be willing to point me into the direction of where you saw that, or came to that conclusion?
