  I have processed a refund 2 weeks ago and even got a confirmation. And I still haven’t received it. What should I do??

  Hi there,

  I see that we processed the refund back to you on 1/26 – once we released the funds back to your bank, they are no longer with us. It has so far been 9 business days, and it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to post your bank account.
  
  However, I would contact your bank to check if they see anything. Sometimes, they can see pending transactions you do not see on your end. Also, depending on your bank and the country in which you reside, the refund could take longer. Please reach out to them and let us know what you find out.
