  Hi – I cancelled my plan within 30 days of opening it, which I understand I can get a full refund. Can you please let me know when I can receive this refund?

  You did cancel your eCommerce Plan within two weeks of the initial purchase, so I went ahead and refunded the charges back to you. It can take between 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.
