    Hi there!

    Most subscriptions can be canceled for a refund within 14 days of purchase or renewal. This includes WordPress.com plans, Premium Themes, Google Workspace, Professional Email, and Add-ons. You cancelled the WordPress.com Business plan originally purchased 2022-11-24 – since you’re well outside that refund window, no refund will be issued.

    Let us know if you would like us to restore that plan to your account so you can use the plan features until they would expire on 2023-11-24.
