You have charged me for q subscription, yet I don’t have an active subscription. It is possible that one was opened up last year but I have since vmcancelled it. Can you refund the money ASAP?

There isn’t any history of purchases under this account. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.
