    Hi there!

    The last charge I see under your account was for $18 on 2021-04-05 and no other charges since then.

    If you enter the charge details for this new charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.

    The transaction ID needed will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a ten-digit letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

    WordPress XXXXXXXXXX

    If the charge on your bank statement does not follow that format, the charge was not made here at WordPress.com.
