    No problem! I’ll be glad to help. Looking at the account I can see that your bank has issued a chargeback. While that process will eventually result in a refund it is going to take several months for the process to complete, and for you to see the money.

    The better option is for us to process the refund. However, I can’t do that since the bank has issued a chargeback. What you’ll need to do is call the bank and ask them to remove the chargeback so we can process your refund. With that option, the funds will reach you with in about 2 weeks – it will be much faster.
