    I canceled my domain and I was supposed to get a refund. Checking in!

    Hello –

    Thanks for checking in on this. Looking at the account I can see we refunded $115.00 on February 20th. Typically it takes about 2 weeks for your bank to release that money back in to your account. Please follow up with them about their time line and also ask how it will appear on the statement.
