@quberoot123 , our system shows this was probably processed as a reversal. In a case like that, you may not see a refund on the account, but the original charge should be removed. Sometimes banks display that in different ways, though, so if you still see the original charge, can you get in touch with them to verify how a reversal would display on their system?

And to check, can you see the transaction has left the account on the statement of the card charged?
If yes, the refund should also appear too just to reassure you.
