  Hello –

  We refunded 289.67 zł on February 13th. Those funds should reach you with in 2 weeks. If there are any delays it is best to follow up with the bank directly. We have released the money to them, but do not have any control over how long they take to put those funds in your individual account. They can also tell you how it will appear on the statement when they do process the refund on their end.
