  Hi there!

  I see that a full refund of $99 was already issued from our side on February 17, 2023.

  Please note that different credit card companies/banks process refunds in different ways. Some remove the original transaction when there’s a full refund, while others may take a full billing cycle (usually a month) to post the refund. Please contact your card issuer/bank to ask about the status of the refund. From our end, a refund was successfully issued.
