    Hello, I got only one payment refund plan 57.12$. When I will get the second 57.12$ ? In total to be refunded is : 114.24$

    Howdy,

    I’m seeing both refunds as having been processed on 2023-03-05. So you should be all set. Please keep in mind that while many refunds show up within 24-48 hours, it is not unusual for them to take up to 7-10 days. And in rare cases, typically with non USA banks, even longer.

    That said, it is very odd to get one refund and not the other. One thing I would check is see if your bank simply canceled out the 2nd charge rather than charging and refunding you. This happens sometimes when the original charge and refund are close together in timeframe.

    Thank’s for the answer. My bank is romanian. So the best option is to go and talk with the bank staff ?

    Actually, I have confirmed both of these are full, regular refunds. I’ll reach out by email with ARN info that you can share with the bank to help address any routing issues.
