    Hi! I purchased a premium plan less than 14 days ago. Can I cancel this and get a refund to my credit card?

    You can @suyang581 , but you’ll want to log in with the account you used to make the purchase. If you’re not sure what that is, try logging in with the email address that received a receipt.
