  I did not received my refund, it was march 9, 2023 and it was noted 7-10days working but until now they didnt process it.

  I’m showing that you requested the cancellation before your bank transferred funds to us. Therefore, a refund would not have been issued; instead, your bank would have likely removed the temporary charge from your account. Consequently, you need to check with them to follow up on that cancelled transaction.
