  Hi, I am requesting a refund from the recent auto renew that was placed on my account. I was out of the country and not able to access this information until now. Please let me know how to process a refund on the auto renewal. I am within the 14 days. Thanks.

  I looked, and it doesn’t look like there’s any history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity under the account you’re currently logged into, so we’re limited in what we can help with and advise here.

  If you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.

  The transaction ID needed will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a ten-digit letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

  WordPress XXXXXXXXXX

  If you see a partial transaction ID, you may need to contact your bank directly to get the full ID needed.

  If the charge on your bank statement does not follow that format, the charge was not made here at WordPress.com.
