    I am owed a refund and it has been almost a month. How do I contact a live person?

    Hi there!

    It looks like there were two refunds, and both have been processed successfully from our end. Have you contacted your bank/card issuer regarding this?

    You can see the refund receipt at https://wordpress.com/me/billing

    Note that one of the payments may have been processed as a reversal, meaning the original transaction is removed from your statement instead of posting a separate refund. Your bank/card issuer can look into the status of those two payments and help you further.
