  I have asked for a refund and initially paid more than what I am being refunded.

  Hi there, I paid for premium wordpress.com yesterday and have cancelled today. The amount being refunded is less than the amount I paid. Should I not get a full refund?

  My original receipt on purchase was £80.64 but my refund says £61.44. I would like a full refund please.

  Hi there!

  When you purchased the WordPress.com Premium plan, it looked like you also indicated you wanted to transfer in the domain danbolamphotography.com. Unfortunately, we don’t automatically refund the cost of the domain in these instances because the domain may be mid-transfer.

  I just checked on our end and the transfer was never initialized. Since it’s still within our refund window, I refunded that £19.20 back to you. Please note it may take 7-10 days for the credit to show up in your bank account.
