  I have made a request to refund the annual subscription, but the money has not been returned to my bank card. Why is that so?

  Hi there!

  I’m showing that you requested the cancellation before your bank transferred funds to us. Therefore, a refund would not have been issued; instead, your bank would have likely removed the temporary charge from your account. Consequently, you need to check with them to follow up on that cancelled transaction.
