    I had cancelled my purchase online. I received an email that indicated a refund be processed. I still haven’t seen anything yet.

    Hi there!

    I’m showing that you requested the cancellation before your bank transferred funds to us. Therefore, a refund would not have been issued; instead, your bank would have likely removed the temporary charge from your account. Consequently, you need to check with them to follow up on that cancelled transaction.
