  Hello on March I bought business plan and cancelled it. And you sen me that your money will refund to you about 5 – 7 business day. But still did not refund. Could you please check it again?

  Hi there,

  We processed the refund back to you on 3/17 – we released the funds back to your bank, and they are no longer with us. I would contact your bank about this. Sometimes, they can see pending transactions you do not see on your end. Also, the refund could take longer, depending on your bank and the country in which you reside.
