    hello, I’ve cancelled my plan and I was told I’d be getting a refund that would appear on my credit statement in 7-10 days. Although, that was on March 14 and I still haven’t seen the refund, could someone tell me what is going on with this? Thank you

    We processed your refund the next day you made your purchase. Due to this, your credit card provider might have treated it as a reversal, which means that the original charges may have been simply removed.
