    I had cancelled my subscription/website approximately 8 days ago, but I still haven’t seen the refund processed. Can you help?

    Hi there!

    I’m showing that you requested the cancellation before your bank transferred funds to us. Therefore, a refund would not have been issued; instead, your bank would have likely removed the temporary charge from your account. Consequently, you need to check with them to follow up on that cancelled transaction.
