  I cancelled my subscription and didn’t receive my refund in the 10-day period. Nothing appeared on the bank statement. How do I get my money back?

  I can see the refund has been processed and this can also be seen here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

  This should also show on the statement of the card charged.
