    Hi, I purchased woocommerce plan for $583.20 on my lazygalswofiyah.com site, but one of your people had me downgraded to business plan. I got the refund of $240 in my account. I have recently cancelled all my account because i was causing me too much confusion, but I did not get a refund of 342.20 on the business downgrade I got from your peoples.
    It is not yet 30 days, how do I go about getting my refund?

    I’ve successfully issued the refund for that plan. You can find the refund receipt on your Billing History page at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

    Please allow 10 business days for the refund to be reflected on your original payment method.
