  I had paid for the year but decided to close my business, I am no longer in need of the website. I am wanting to inquire about getting a refund for the months that are not going to be used. Thank you in advance for your time and help!

  Hi there, I have looked at your account, and the Business Plan was purchased on 2022-12-29, so it is outside of the 14 day refund policy, so we cannot offer a refund.
