  I was billed for wordpress on April 26, 2023 and I never received a refund after I immediately canceled the service due to the closure of the business

  Hi there – I do see you were able to successfully cancel the renewal. I checked and I do find a refund for the full amount in your Billing History: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  See the latest item there. We process refunds immediately on our side. It’s then up to the payment provider you used to put the funds back into your account, which can take between 3 and 10 business days.
