Hi there,
I can see that you upgraded on 5/03, then canceled and requested a refund on the same day, just a few hours after your purchase. Because the cancelation happened so closely after the original purchase, the refund was issued before we received the funds from your bank. In cases like this, your institution will instead reverse the initial charge, and it will simply disappear from your statement rather than issue a line-item refund.
Essentially there was not enough time for us to collect payment from your bank before you canceled, so we have nothing on our end to refund. Your bank should be able to confirm this for you, so please check with them. I confirm we show the transaction as canceled and refunded on our end as you can see here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/
