  Refunds have been issued for both of your subscriptions. You can see the refund receipt at https://wordpress.com/me/billing

  Note that your bank/credit card company is unlikely to process the refund instantly. You may need to wait for a week or two for your bank/credit card company to process it.

  Hi there,

  I can see that you upgraded on May 11th to the Personal Plan, then canceled and requested a refund within 24 hours after upgrading. Because the cancelation happened so closely after the original purchase, the refund was issued before we received the funds from your bank. In cases like this, your institution will instead reverse the initial charge, and it will simply disappear from your statement rather than issue a line-item refund.

  Essentially there was not enough time for us to collect payment before you canceled so we have nothing on our end to refund. Your bank should be able to confirm this for you, so please check with them. I confirm we show the transaction as canceled and refunded on our end as you can see here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/
