We’ve processed the refund as requested. Please allow 5-10 business days to receive the refund. The refund receipts can be seen in your billing history settings. Any lingering active subscriptions can be canceled from the purchases page at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases.
If you don’t mind sharing why you canceled your subscription? Was there a feature/setting that was a challenge to navigate through? The feedback is very valuable to us.
