Hi, we have received a charge from Jetpack premium but we have not received an invoice, so we cannot deduce which website it is from.
We have checked all the websites and have not been able to find out which website or email this plugin is associated with.
We would like a refund, but without knowing the website, we don’t know how to request it. Can we resolve this issue with the credit card number?
