    I am not receiving my refunds . I have checked with my bank and the refund still has not arrived . I want to speak to a real person .

    Be assured, on this forum we all are real human beings. You’ll have to wait untill a Staff member is available; they are the only ones who can check your refund status.

    Hi there,

    We processed your refunds on the very same day you made your purchases. Due to this, your credit card provider might have treated it as a reversal, which means that the original charges may have been simply removed.

    I recommend reaching out to your bank or credit card company to verify if this is the case for that charge.
