    My name is Steven Ballard. I had forgotten to cancel the subscription renewal for the Kid’s Bulletin, early access. I am a Catholic priest, not serving in a parish but on sickleave and in cancer treatment.

    Could you refund the $60 U.S. charge and deactivate any future renewals? I would appreciate it greatly.
