    I took an annual Prenium subscription 11 days ago and I wonder if I can get a refund ? because the feature is not showing

    Hi there!

    The WordPress.com Premium plan has a 14-day refund period, but I see you registered a domain already, which has a 96-hour refund period. If you cancel now, you will receive a partial refund, as the domain registration fee will be kept. You can keep the domain and cancel just the plan.

    We’d love to understand what features are not showing up so we can help you keep your site on WordPress.com with the Premium plan. May I know more about the issue you’re facing?
