I upgraded to the business plan however I had just paid for the premium plan 10 minutes prior to that. Could you send me a refund for my premium plan since I have business now.
I have checked your account, and from what I see you have paid only for the upgrade to the Business subscription, not the full price of the Business subscription.
The amount you have paid for the Premium subscription was used as pro-rated credit for the upgrade to the Business subscription.
