Refund

    Hi, can you tell me what is with my refund, one was on 25.06. 40$ and another 13$ on 26.06. I didn’t resive any of this refund and it’s been like 10 days.

    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    Hi there!

    I just checked our records and confirmed that the refunds were processed successfully on our end. They may have been processed as a reversal on your bank/credit card’s end, though.

    This means instead of processing the refund as a separate transaction, the original payment was reversed/removed. Please check with your card company/bank to inquire about the status of the original payment and the refunds.
