Refund

    I haven’t received the refund yet. It has been more than 10 business days since I got the refund confirmation email. It tells me to reach out to support if this happens, but I am unable to since I don’t have a paid account, it just posts these to the forum?

    I can see that you upgraded on 06-18-2023, then canceled and requested a refund just a few hours after upgrading. Because the cancelation happened so closely after the original purchase, the upgrade was canceled before we received the funds from your bank. In cases like this, your institution will instead reverse the initial charge, and it will simply disappear from your statement rather than issue a line-item refund.

    Essentially there was not enough time for us to collect payment before you canceled so we have nothing on our end to refund. Your bank should be able to confirm this for you, so please check with them. I confirm we show the transaction as canceled and refunded on our end as you can see here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/
