  Hello,
  The refund of C$447.48 was posted at my credit card, but then disappeared. What is happening with the refund now?

  It looks like a refund was issued successfully from our end. The charge disappearing from your statement likely means it was processed as a reversal, so the original payment is removed from the statement as there was a full refund. You can contact your bank/credit card company to find out more about the status of the refund.
