  I did not realize that purchasing a wordpress personal plan does not allow me to install custom themes. I somehow missed that in the signup process. Could I please get a refund?

We do actually have a plan which offers custom themes, plugins, increased storage, daily backup and more – if you’re planning to set up a site then that might be useful to you and you can upgrade from your existing Personal plan:

  As it is, if you’d rather set your site back to free and cancel your Personal plan, you can of course do so from your Purchases page:
