Hello Team, I had cancelled my two plans and it’s cancelled from Purchases option of my account. Therefore I can not use those services anymore.
However I have not received the refund yet. I think it’s over 10 business days so Just wanted to check the status of refund pls? Thanks!

It looks like the cancellation was conducted 16 days after the purchase, which would put this outside of the refund window.
If you wish I can restore the WordPress.com Business plan so that you can make use of the term?
Also, would you be willing to explain why you’re deciding to cancel/refund? I’m wondering if there’s an experience we can turn around and help you get the site you’re looking to build.
