  I did cancel this a couple of weeks back but i just come to see it didn’t, i did cancel it now and it show on the site it was in fact canceled, I want to see how I can get a refund for this

  I reviewed your account and found that you successfully canceled your plan three weeks ago, on July 3rd.

  Since the refund was processed on the very same day you made your purchase, your credit card provider might have treated it as a reversal, which means that the original charges may have been simply removed.
