    I can only guess but perhaps you have not been refunded for a custom domain? juliaweisman.com was registered 7th July. Did you request a refund for it within the 96 hour deadline. Perhaps you were not in time to claim a refund.

    I can confirm that juliaweisman.com was not canceled within the period our registry provides for refunds, so a partial refund was issued instead. Getting a domain back after it’s canceled can be difficult, if not impossible, but we are provided a brief grace period where we can recover a domain without incurring penalties. Do you want to restore juliaweisman.com to active status so you can use it with a different project?
